The recovery score algorithm considers:
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data imported from your health app

3. Female Cycle Tracking
The female cycle tracking feature in BiathlonHub:
- Is for training adaptation purposes only
- Should NOT be used for fertility prediction or family planning
- Should NOT be used as a contraceptive method
- Is NOT a medical diagnostic tool
- Cannot detect pregnancy, medical conditions, or hormonal disorders
The cycle phase predictions and training suggestions based on menstrual cycle are general guidelines derived from sports science research. Individual responses vary significantly. Always consult with a healthcare provider about your specific health needs.

BiathlonHub imports health data from Apple Health and Health Connect. We do not:
- Verify the accuracy of data from these sources
- Take responsibility for errors in third-party health measurements
- Guarantee that data reflects your actual health status
The accuracy of your health data depends on the devices and apps you use to collect it.
