Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using BiathlonHub ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

BiathlonHub is a mobile application for biathlon coaches and athletes to:

• Track shooting performance and training sessions
• Manage athlete profiles and statistics
• Organize events and competitions
• Share data between coaches and athletes
• Manage equipment and maintenance records

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4.1 Free Tier

• Limited to 3 athletes
• Core shooting tracking features
• Local and cloud data sync

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Unlimited athletes
• Sharing features (share athletes and events)
• Priority support
• Billed monthly or annually via App Store/Google Play

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Pricing may change with notice

5.1 Ownership

• You retain ownership of data you enter (athlete info, sessions, etc.)
• You grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the service

5.2 Responsibility

• You are responsible for content accuracy
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights

5.3 Athlete Data

• Ensure you have consent to enter athlete personal data
• For minor athletes, obtain parental/guardian consent

6.1 Sharing Athletes and Events

• Sharing is only available to Premium subscribers
• You control who has access (view or edit permissions)
• You can revoke access at any time

6.2 Shared User Responsibilities

• Respect the privacy of shared data
• Do not share access credentials
• Use shared data only for intended purposes

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

• The App, including design, code, and branding, is owned by hyperdigital
• "BiathlonHub" and associated logos are trademarks
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Data accuracy or completeness
• Fitness for any particular purpose

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss; maintain your own backups

• The App supports offline use with local data storage
• Data syncs when connectivity is restored
• We are not responsible for sync conflicts or data discrepancies

12.1 By You

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings
• Cancelling does not entitle you to refunds

12.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice

12.3 Effect of Termination

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You may export your data before deletion

• We may modify these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Material changes will be communicated via the App or email

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
